The fantasy journey "Home" is a guided meditation that leads to the experience of shared life paths with your loved ones and being in the light.
It can be used for relaxation, energy enhancement, and as support during the breatharian process. "Home" combines breathing exercises and a guided visualization. Deepened breathing leads to improved body awareness. Energy follows attention. The enchanting guided visualization takes you into an unconscious state where a connection to the divine core is possible. The longing to be ONE again brings us home.
